Food Vendor Information

To apply for consideration complete the Taste of Joliet Food Vendor Agreement 2012. Once approved all vendors must apply for a Temporary Food Permit from Will County.

Important Changes in 2012

  • Send your completed application AND deposit check to the Joliet Park District by March 16, 2012 to receive discounted vendor rates. Applications received after March 16 will be subject to the regular 2012 vendor rates as outlined on page 8 of the vendor agreement. Please note your deposit check must accompany your application in order to consider the application complete.
  • Due to the installation of the mondo rubber track in the ATI Field at Joliet Memorial Stadium no vehicles will be allowed to enter the stadium. This applies to the set up and take down process as well.
  • Vendors will not be allowed to operate out of trailers this year.
  • All vendors must conduct business within the 10' x 10' or 10' x 20' tent space provided by the Joliet Park District as outlined in the vendor agreement.
  • Due to the above logistic changes there will be less vendor spaces available this year. We anticipate more business for the vendors that do participate. Please submit your application early.
  • As always, vendors will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Application
Download, complete, and submit the Taste of Joliet Food Vendor Agreement 2012. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a copy of the Agreement back along with an invoice outlining your space fees including equipment rental, additional menu items and additional electricity. You will also be notified of the Food Vendor Meeting time, date and place.

All applications must be received by April 22, 2012.

Selection Process
Vendors will be randomly assigned spaces, with the exception of those vendors who have specific electric requirements that can only be met within certain areas on the stadium track.
